Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven track record of sales success in the advisory industry or a similar field. • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Computer savvy, with a demonstrable ability to learn new programs quickly (experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Hubspot is a plus) • Excellent organizational and time management skills, flexible team player • Customer-oriented and results-driven. • Knowledge of advisory services and the ability to understand complex client needs. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
