📋 Description

• Lead technical troubleshooting and provide tier-three support for users and peers, resolving system functionality, software, hardware, and networking issues. • Maintain and manage our Azure infrastructure, VMs, storage, network configurations, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD. • Assist in the planning and execution of projects using project management best practices to ensure successful delivery. • In-depth knowledge of security and best practices to safeguard company data and resources. • Manage, monitor, and resolve issues via our ticketing system, ensuring effective stakeholder communication. • Create, implement, and maintain automation workflows that reduce IT overhead and speed issue resolution. • Enforce HIPAA, PCI, and HITRUST policies and guidelines. • Other IT duties as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of ten years in IT support roles, preferably with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, and project management. • Cloud Engineering experience • Fluent with ticketing systems, workflow creation, modifications, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong understanding of IT security best practices from design to implementation. • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with minor assistance. • Strong project management skills, with a proven history of managing multiple projects to completion on time. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
