📋 Description

• The IT Manager designs and executes all solutions and technological strategies according to the specific needs of the business functional areas. • Manages all the current organization’s applications. • Oversees all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure, operations, and development. • Plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization's systems are effectively deployed, maintained, and optimized to support business operations and strategic objectives. • Requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and managerial acumen.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a senior IT leadership role with strong focus on customer centricity. • Strong technical background with expertise in infrastructure, software development, and project management. • Experience managing teams of diverse IT professionals and external vendors. • Ability to inspire and empower cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and drive continuous improvement with digital and technical teams (incl. virtually). • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, etc.) are a plus.
