Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and initiative-taking Healthcare Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist. • This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of healthcare revenue cycle processes. • The QA Specialist will perform audits, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency. • Relevant certifications such as Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP), (CPC or CPB) or similar preferred. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, billing, coding, or related fields. • Minimum of 1 year experience in auditing, quality assurance, and process improvement within the healthcare revenue cycle. • Strong knowledge of healthcare coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), billing, and payer policies. • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a demanding environment. • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer requirements. • Understanding of current healthcare regulations, payer-specific rules, and coding guidelines.
