• Responsible for identifying new and existing business opportunities. • Building and maintaining relationships with clients. • Driving revenue growth within a defined territory. • Work closely with the Director of Ireland and sales teams. • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research. • Maintain and update the business CRM with regions pipeline. • Focus on maintaining and developing relationships with clients. • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals. • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations. • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. • Participate in industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

• a clean valid driving licence • Strong people and communication skills. Commercially minded. • Fast learner, accountable and ambitious. • Passionate about detail, data and order. Bent on improving processes and systems. • Ability to work under your own initiative in a highly pressured environment. • Driven to be an expert in our industry and be ahead of our competitors.
