Description

• The Program Manager is the primary client account and relationship manager for KBI-PM • Driving business delivery with exemplary client service • The Associate Program Manager is a key client account and relationship manager for projects of limited scope • Manages project timelines through all phases of development • Ensures that projects are conducted on time, within scope and budget • Communicates project status, progress, timelines, changes in schedule, scope changes, technical and/or quality issues to all relevant personnel • Leads cross-functional teams without direct authority, motivating the team to achieve project objectives • Gathers stakeholder input and ranks top project risks in terms of total impact • Manages all contractual and financial aspects of the project • Supports PMO with PLF readiness as required • Assists Business Development Department in development of proposals as needed • Acts as a contributing member of Program Management Organization • Develop and support achieving site goals and objectives • Other duties as required

Requirements

• Program Manager: Minimum bachelor’s degree required, preferably in science or related discipline • PMP certification (current or planned in the future) • Minimum 5 years industry experience, with some direct project management experience • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices • Language Ability: Proficiency in English required. Excellent written and oral communication skills • Reasoning Ability: Client interface and strong negotiating skills an advantage. Strong attention to detail. Well organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Ability to make and meet commitments • Associate Program Manager: Minimum bachelor’s degree required, preferably in science or related discipline • PMP certification (current or planned in the future) • Minimum 2 years industry experience • Direct project management experience a plus • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
