β’ 3 β 5 yearsβ experience in benefit administration β’ Bachelor's degree preferably in human resources management, finance, or related field β’ CEBS/CBP/PHR certification or advanced training in benefits and/or leave management β’ Strong knowledge of benefits-related legislation, compliance, and regulations β’ Robust analytical skills including an advanced level ability in Excel β’ Workday and ADP Benefits module experience preferred β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills β’ Strong project management skills β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy β’ Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and confidential data
