📋 Description
• Design and implement Jump's security architecture, focusing on protecting sensitive financial data while keeping us very high velocity • Own our technical infrastructure, ensuring it's robust, scalable, and aligned with modern DevSecOps practices • Build and maintain SOC 2 compliance and other security frameworks essential for fintech • Partner with engineering to embed security best practices in our AI development pipeline • Lead incident response, threat monitoring, and security awareness programs • Define and implement IT policies that protect our team while maintaining the agility of a startup • Help sales fill out, and automate filling out, DDQs & security questionnaires • Help Jump stay the category leader, trusted and loved by customers • Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in IT security, with exposure to cloud security and modern infrastructure • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure-as-code • Track record of implementing security programs in high-growth environments • Understanding of AI/ML security considerations is a plus • Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) • Background in financial services security is preferred but not required • History of building and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure at scale
