JumpCloud® is IT Simplified. • About the Role • This Data Analyst role will play a critical role on the Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) team. Primary responsibility is driving JumpCloud’s core reporting, dashboard, and analytics. You will support stakeholders across all company’s business units (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Growth, UX, Customer Success, Product) and partner with various technical teams (Enterprise Support Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering) to create impactful, cross-functional, and organization-wide insights. • A successful candidate will be passionate about data. You can balance and appropriately prioritize multiple projects, you are not afraid to ask difficult questions in an ambiguous environment, and can coordinate execution across various stakeholders. Last but not least, a rolling up your sleeves attitude is very important – JumpCloud is a lean and fast moving company.

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge and experience in SQL and relational databases; Snowflake experience highly preferred. • Proficiency in one or more business Intelligence / data visualization tools; Tableau experience highly preferred. • Intermediate quantitative experience, SaaS industry preferred. • Intermediate analytical skills and a passion for data storytelling and quantitative analysis. • Mentoring skills. • Strong attention to detail and desire to learn. • Effective stakeholder management skills and communication skills. • Experience with Data Governance best practices. • Competency with scripting languages such as Python (Jupyter, Pandas, Numpy) and/or R (tidyverse, dplyr, ggplot2) a plus. • Effective project management and organizational skills; Agile experience is a plus. • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, unstructured, dynamic environment; Start-up experience a plus. • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
