Description

• All roles at JumpCloud® are Remote unless otherwise specified in the Job Description • JumpCloud® delivers a unified open directory platform that makes it easy to securely manage identities, devices, and access across your organization • You will be responsible for designing and implementing coaching programs that enhance the skills, behaviors, and performance of our pipeline generating teams

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR, and at least 3+ years in Sales Enablement or related coaching role • Proven track record in sales coaching and performance improvement • Experience delivering virtual or in person engaging training sessions • Strong understanding of the sales process and challenges specific to selling SaaS products to IT professionals • Strong understanding of adult learning theory • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Gong Engage is preferred • Passion for mentoring and developing others
