• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. • People Operations: Provide tactical support to the People team, including benefits management, HRIS management, ad hoc reporting, company-wide event planning, and other administrative tasks as needed. • Collaboration: You’ll collaborate closely with the People Specialist and Director on routine duties and special projects.
• Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, with the ability to take charge from day one. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that both you and your stakeholders stay on track. • Grit & Tenacity: Recruiting at Juniper is challenging. Our processes are thorough, and our standards are high, requiring determination and perseverance. • Passion for the Creator Economy: A genuine interest in the evolving landscape of digital media, popular culture, and the creator economy. • Bonus!
