• Juniper Square is seeking a high-achieving, New York-based sales leader to take the helm of our rapidly growing private equity sales effort. • Lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives, selling fund administration and software solutions to private equity GPs. • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture, motivating your team to exceed individual, team, and company targets. • Develop career advancement strategies for top performers and ensure succession planning for the sales organization. • Deeply understand Juniper Square’s solution set and the customer outcomes those solutions drive. • Maintain a deep connection to the private equity industry, extending your team’s network by fostering your own relationships and having a presence in the field, including at industry events and conferences. • Oversee the entire sales cycle, coaching your team on deal strategy and enhancing team members’ sales acumen. • Train your team on the nuances of private equity managers, helping them build credibility and develop relationships with GP finance executives.
• Extensive experience leading a fund administration business development function • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships at the executive level • Desire to support a highly networked, channel-drive sales motion, through your own network and presence in the field • Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, accounting principles, and industry best practices • Exceptional leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Proficiency in Salesforce • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
