• Du führst unsere Neukund*innen durch ein erstklassiges Onboarding – von der Einrichtung bis zur optimalen Nutzung. • Du stellst sicher, dass sie den maximalen Nutzen aus JUPUS ziehen – mit individuellen Schulungen, Check-Ins und persönlicher Betreuung. • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktteam und unserem Support zusammen, um Kundenfeedback direkt in die Weiterentwicklung einfließen zu lassen. • Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst sie weiter – dein Input zählt!
