Description
• Oversee the project execution of Just Appraised product solution implementations • Guide customers to meet all technical requirements for the project • Create a project plan and drive the project toward the target timeline • Act as a point of escalation for the customer during the launch phase • Clearly set expectations and communicate with customers
Requirements
• 3+ years of project management experience • Experience in a client-facing role • Experienced in developing and delivering training to non-technical end-users • Understanding of Statement of Work (SOW) objectives • Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly • Experience using tools such as Slack, JIRA, Trello, and Confluence • Ability to travel (up to) 30%
