Description

• Validate the quality and performance of product builds during the implementation phase. • Collaborate with implementation engineers, solution engineers, and project managers. • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts. • Identify, document, and track defects found during testing. • Ensure thorough regression testing for updates. • Create automated test scripts and perform manual testing as required. • Advocate for QA best practices and ensure testing processes align with company standards. • Test client-specific customizations and configurations. • Provide documentation on testing procedures, defect tracking, and quality reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on implementation or system integration projects. • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Experience developing and implementing QA processes from the ground up. • Experience with both manual and automated testing. • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Linear). • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
