• Lead and manage multiple projects related to case management systems. • Leverage your experience in court reporting to provide valuable insights. • Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of case management systems. • Collaborate with Agile development teams to facilitate integration of new features. • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to project delivery. • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. • Maintain detailed project documentation for transparency. • Guide and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Proven experience as a Project Manager in court reporting or a related legal field. • In-depth knowledge of case management systems and their implementation in legal environments. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile development teams. • Excellent risk and issue management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities. • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
