• The Kantata Cloud for Professional Services™ is helping over 2,000 firms in more than 100 countries focus on and optimize their most important asset: their people. • The Customer Marketing Manager focuses on developing and executing strategies to increase customer loyalty, retention, and advocacy by deeply understanding existing customer behaviors and preferences. • You will be responsible for executing customer-focused marketing initiatives to drive retention, expansion, and loyalty. • Collaborate with CS, PS, CX, Sales, Product and Marketing to align messaging and create compelling customer communications that support key adoption and upsell efforts. • Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights. • Collaborate in the planning, promotion, and execution of Converge, the yearly virtual customer conference, and other customer-facing events.
• 3-5 years experience in customer marketing, customer success, communications, or a related field. • Strong people skills to engage with customers • Proficiency in project management • Experience with marketing tools like Marketo & Hubspot, Exposure to advocacy platforms like Influitive & Higher Logic is a plus. • Strong attention to detail. • Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and content teams. • Mastery of AI tools
