Description

β€’ Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities, including but not limited to making 50+ cold calls per day β€’ Identify key decision makers within target accounts β€’ Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings with Account Executives (AEs) β€’ Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of target accounts and breaking into net new logos β€’ Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personal β€’ Schedule and lead meetings with AEs to align with them regularly on how to pursue prospect accounts β€’ Ensure that all communications to prospects are done professionally with high-quality messaging

Requirements

β€’ 2-3 years of experience working as a SaaS SDR or Staffing Recruiter, looking to progress their career in sales β€’ Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quarterly quota β€’ Experience working both inbound and outbound channels β€’ Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, social selling, and being multi-threaded β€’ Passion for team collaboration, coaching and seeing others succeed - ability to lead training sessions for SDR’s β€’ Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management β€’ Strong organizational skills β€’ Self starter and motivated to learn and grow as a sales leader
