Description

• Communicates with expectant families the value of cord blood banking. • Empowers families to make informed decisions on their banking options through superior service and accuracy of information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or minimum two years of sales experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Previous inside sales or call center experience is a plus. • Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. • Computer Skills: Knowledge of Siebel Systems, Inc. Contact Management systems; Microsoft Internet Explorer Internet software and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software; Familiarity with MS Office. • May be required to work hours (weekends/holidays) outside the normal business schedule.
