🎯 Requirements

• Experience and Change Management Expertise • 4+ years of experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly in account-based and signal-based marketing. • 3+ years of experience managing marketing teams. Remote team management experience is a major plus. • Proven track record in leading change-driven marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. • Skills and Technical Expertise • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and campaign analytics, with experience in attribution reporting a plus. • Project Management and Collaboration • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, intersecting projects with evolving priorities and strict deadlines. • Exceptional communication and organizational skills to foster alignment across teams and adapt to dynamic environments. • Experience working in a multi-national environment, capabilities to work with teams across the world. • Industry Knowledge • Experience in B2B software marketing, ideally within the test automation or SaaS space. • Familiarity with Katalon tools and a willingness to learn and align strategies with the company’s solutions. • Adaptability and Values Alignment • Flexibility to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. • Commitment to Katalon’s mission of empowering teams through data-driven, customer-focused marketing efforts.
