• Answer customers' questions about products and services. • Provide information about products and services to customers. • Gather, evaluate and process customer feedback. • Be able to solve problems related to products and services.
🎯 Requirements
• Mandatory Training is part-time hours and varies between 3 - 6 weeks. • Pay Scale is as follows: $10 - $12 once client certified • Higher earning potential, including bonuses after 60 days. • In order to qualify for a pay increase, minimum metric standards must be met: Schedule Adherence, Call Quality Score.
