Description
• The Procurement Supervisor performs a full range of procurement and administration activities. • Qualifies suppliers, issues requests for proposals, evaluates proposals. • Oversees and performs procurement activities on a project. • Solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. • Develops and improves processes as needed.
Requirements
• Education: Brief description. • Knowledge of Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) procedures. • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and NAICS. • Sound reasoning skills and the ability to interpret policies and government regulations. • Effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders as well as Suppliers. • Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills. • Effective negotiation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Project).
