Description

• Provide CAD Integration Application Administration support for the AvPLM IPT and its customers. • Maintain application software, monitor and troubleshoot issues within the software environment. • Perform daily checks of IT systems. • Triage, monitor, and work NAVAIR National Help Desk support tickets. • Complete Configuration Change Control Board (CCB) requests. • Support Windows Server builds and harden systems to be in compliance with DoD RMF policies. • Perform security patching and updates on Windows servers. • Support Apache and IIS web servers including install, configuration and ongoing support. • Provide troubleshooting support using application logs and Windows logs.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering) plus 4 years of experience. • Additional experience is accepted in lieu of a formal degree. • U.S. Citizenship required. • Active Secret clearance or clearance eligibility, Single Scope Background Investigation. • Security+ CE and an OS (Operating System) Certification. • Experience supporting the DoD community.
