• Act as a liaison between Business system and IT Operational teams • Prepare and maintain documentation • Assist Business Systems team with Costpoint questions • Evaluate new applications and system requirements • Develop complex SQL scripts • Execute system upgrades, monthly releases, and Pre-DSM fixes • Create Custom tables and views • Integrate with other software solutions
Requirements
• Deltek Costpoint • Cognos • Time and Expense • PL-SQL • System Implementations • Business Process Engineering • Stored Procedures • Deltek CMI • Oracle Application Express (APEX) • Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of related technical support for Costpoint, Time and Expense, and Cognos. • Government contracting experience required.
