Description

• Manages, maintains, and supports Workday configuration and data management activities.\n• Responsible for configuration in Workday, troubleshooting and issue investigation.\n• Will perform testing for configuration changes and executing content changes.\n• Workday modules as needed – HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Performance are required. LMS is preferred.\n• Performs configuration analysis and design\n• Works closely with HRIS Director to implement designed solutions\n• Tests configuration solutions\n• Provides content configuration such as help text, notifications, etc.\n• Updates fields in Workday\n• Understands impact of field updates across the system\n• Plans setup and executes mass data updates through EIB process\n• Troubleshoots issues in Workday and resolves\n• Creates and maintains security policy set forth by IT security and/or Application Manager\n• Implements Workday security in accordance with policy

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Workday configuration\n• HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Performance experience required\n• Prior experience with systems implementations, data analysis, and project management
