Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager and Business Development (DX Project PM and BizDev) to drive our digital transformation initiatives and uncover new business opportunities. • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software development principles, enabling them to effectively manage projects and enhance business processes through technology. • Key Responsibilities: • Manage digital transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives on schedule and within budget. • Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise. • Apply project management best practices and methodologies to achieve successful project outcomes. • Identify and explore new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company’s strategic objectives. • Develop business cases for new initiatives, including market analysis and financial forecasting. • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to support business growth. • Work with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for expanding market presence. • Evaluate existing business processes and technology systems to identify areas for improvement and digital innovation. • Lead the adoption of new digital tools and technologies to boost efficiency and enhance customer experiences. • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend solutions that enhance business performance. • Communicate project status, updates, and key findings to senior management and other relevant stakeholders. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, review progress, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. • Analyze project performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus. • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing projects, preferably in digital transformation or technology projects. • Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies, including the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams. • Demonstrated success in business development, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities. • Strong understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and industry trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results. • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Knowledge of digital transformation challenges and solutions specific to the industry. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and CRM systems.
