Description

• Lead business development activities for a government contracting firm. • Oversee program to increase readiness of Civilian workforce. • Develop, implement, and institutionalize Army Civilian talent management. • Provide oversight and guidance for all personnel. • Conduct bi-weekly program reviews with clients. • Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required.

Requirements

• MUST BE A US CITIZEN. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Master’s degree and five years of experience supporting the Department of Defense. • In lieu of a master’s degree, 10 years’ experience supporting the Department of Defense and a bachelor’s degree. • Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, develop, employ, and retain). • Extensive knowledge of the Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting. • Secret Clearance.
