• Oversee program to increase readiness of Civilian workforce and develop, implement, and institutionalize Army Civilian talent management across its four core functions – acquire, develop, employ, and retain. • Provide oversight and guidance for all personnel assigned to the TO, performance of work, and compliance and quality control. • Provide analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support to all activities as necessary. • Conduct bi-weekly program reviews with client. • Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required.
• MUST BE A US CITIZEN. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Master’s degree and five years of experience supporting the Department of Defense. • In lieu of a master’s degree, 10 years’ experience supporting the Department of Defense and a bachelor’s degree. • Secret Clearance • Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, develop, employ, and retain) • Extensive knowledge of the Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting.
