Description
•Keeper Security is hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who is passionate about leveraging data, systems and strategy to drive operational efficiencies, pipeline and revenue growth. •This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. •The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will report to the Vice President of Global Marketing and be responsible for marketing automation, analytics, website operations and process improvements. •This role is key in driving data-driven decisions and scalable growth strategies.
Requirements
•6+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS •Expert HubSpot admin and advanced Salesforce user •Experience with other martech platforms like RingLead, SalesLoft, Showpad, Demandbase and ZoomInfo •Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools – Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a must •Strong understanding of lead management processes and marketing automation best practices, including list management, optimization, data quality and hygiene, and troubleshooting •Deep passion for data and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to distill insights from data to drive future strategies, with proven experience in maintaining data accuracy and quality •A bias for action and rolling up your sleeves to get things done on our dynamic team •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
