Description

• Kettle and Fire is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to play a crucial role in guiding our financial decisions and strategies. • You will be responsible for compiling and analyzing financial data, forecasting trends, and providing insights that support the company’s objectives. • You will partner with leaders in reviewing and reporting monthly outcomes, while continually assessing performance and addressing concerns and working toward solutions. • This position reports to the Senior Director of Finance. • It is a full-time, first shift position that is remote. • There may be minimal travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA or relevant certification (CPA, CFA) preferred • 2-3 years financial analysis experience required • Experience with food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is advantageous • Experience with financial statement preparation, analysis, management reporting, financial modeling, and budgeting • Proven analytical skills - with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights • Agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances, is highly valued. • Strong organization, planning and detail skills; must be able to meet deadlines and adjust priorities as needed with minimal guidance and without letting the important details slip. • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting principles is advantageous • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial planning software).
