📋 Description
• Compliance monitoring and testing for CRA and Dodd-Frank Act compliance • Engage with lines of business to identify risks and assist with testing • Develop a bank-wide approach to CRA/FARB risk management • Utilize data analysis tools to assess risks and evaluate controls • Provide information for analysis and reporting on CRA/FARB risks
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required • 3 to 5+ years of CRA and/or FARB Compliance Program administration or Compliance experience • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations, compliance testing and monitoring processes • Demonstrated skill in effectively communicating results to a diverse audience • High ethical standards and strong critical thinking skills • Autonomous, self-motivated, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
