• Assist student loan borrowers to achieve financial goals. • Create reports detailing savings and cost comparisons. • Help navigate Public Service Loan Forgiveness options for clients.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Consumer Banking/Finance. • Conduct phone calls and in-person meetings with clients to analyze their student loan debt. • Review customized borrower data in GradFin software. • Manage a list of clients in GradFin CRM system. • Background in personal or consumer finance a plus. • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
