Description

• The Content Development Specialist collaborates with key stakeholders to improve Keyfactor's knowledge management strategy. • Focus on enhancing the accessibility, organization, and quality of internal knowledge resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Good understanding of content creation and coordination. • Experience leading content projects and supporting content strategy. • Familiarity with SEO principles and audience engagement techniques. • Introductory experience with LRM systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office. • Strong writing and editing skills. • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. • Effective collaboration and communication skills. • Intermediate skills in using content management systems and SEO tools. • Self-motivated with the ability to manage content projects with minimal oversight. • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members. • Ability to ensure timely delivery of content and meet project deadlines. • Ability to apply SEO best practices to enhance content performance.
