Description
• Act as the point of contact for the insured’s, vendors and public adjustors • Provide support to the outside contents evaluator assistants. • Prepare field reports of the inventory capture. • Upload all digital media and completes quality check for daily field activity to maintain accuracy. • Complete onsite inventory of total loss contents items and upload data from field work to server. • Oversee all necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including: gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and any other necessary repairs. • Maintain daily care and maintenance of all equipment.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required. • One (1) year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. • Good comprehensive decision making skills. • Good oral and written communication skills. • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
