📋 Description
• Architect, design and develop software tools and best practices, ensuring they align with Kharon’s vision. • Forge strong partnerships with developers and data engineers to help coordinate the analysis and delivery of insights based on Kharon’s dataset • Craft and oversee the improvement of our use of LLM tools • Mentor developers on best practices within several software engineering disciplines including data engineering and LLM development. • Identify areas for improvement to our processes and our tools
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is favored. • 15+ years in software development and software architecture • 4+ years as a technical leader • Command over several major programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Javascript. • Experience with LLM tools like Langchain and Vector DB’s • Experience with data pipeline tools such as Airflow, Spark, Databricks, etc • Experience with data warehousing tools like Clickhouse, Snowflake, Athena, etc
