Description
• Lead full project implementations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement • Design and delivery of solutions in Email Studio • Implement and optimize automated email/mobile journeys • Set up and configure data models • Collaborate with clients to build consensus • Provide strategy and best practices • Provide training and support to marketing clients • Facilitate smooth transitions for new clients • Deliver exceptional value and client satisfaction
Requirements
• 4+ years of marketing automation implementation or admin experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement • 2+ required certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant • 5+ full project implementations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement • Basic creation of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • AMPScript and SQL experience • Able to walk through technical logic at a detailed level • Understands technical stories and technical debt • Understands underlying technical architecture • Sales Cloud knowledge • Prior experience with project management and deploying marketing solutions • Prior experience integrating Marketing Automation Platforms with Salesforce • Prior experience reporting and analyzing marketing data • Prior experience with multiple business units and custom preference centers
