Description

• KickUp is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us reimagine how school districts grow their most valuable asset: their people. • KickUp is on a mission to help every educator thrive throughout their career. • Our platform helps educational leaders capture data about teacher growth and use it to drive better outcomes for students. • As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. • You will guide our design initiatives, creating user experiences that are intuitive, delightful, and impactful. • Your contributions will span from conceptualizing fresh ideas to enhancing our existing features. • Working in close collaboration with our Product and Engineering teams, you’ll turn insights into beautiful, functional designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience • Experience designing B2B products, especially data analytics or data platform solutions • Expertise in working with design systems and Figma • A well-rounded skill set in visual UI design, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping • Experience with user research, usability testing, and designing user flows • Proficiency in Agile processes and iterative product development • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills • A comprehensive portfolio of product design case studies showcasing early concepts, user research, and design processes • The ability to work autonomously and efficiently to deliver results • Experience in education or familiarity with Heap is a plus, though not required
