• ProducePay is transforming the global produce industry into a more connected and sustainable movement. • We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead a talented design team. • Mentor designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. • Your mission: guide the team to solve complex user challenges and create intuitive experiences. • Ensure design solutions deliver meaningful value and align with user needs. • Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and user-centered design excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on product design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role, including team management, mentoring, and design team development. • Strong design foundation with the ability to execute all phases of the design process, including research, UX, UI, concept testing, and iteration. • Proven experience designing large-scale, complex data visualizations and making them accessible according to WCAG standards. • Demonstrated ability to think holistically about complex systems and create cohesive, compelling user experiences. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Agile development teams. • A polished portfolio showcasing your design expertise and ability to solve complex problems. • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools. • Experience with AgTech or FinTech is a big plus • Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
