Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in product / user experience design. • Experience building B2B or similar product experiences is a plus. • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and InVision. • Strong visual design skills and an eye for detail. • Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams. • A passion for innovation and a track record of pushing creative boundaries in product design. • Additional Requirements: BS/BA or higher degree in Human Factors or Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, Product Design, or equivalent work experience. • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and native JavaScript-based libraries like React.js is a plus. • Knack for information visualization for Enterprise products and knowledge of visualization libraries like D3.js, Highcharts.js, etc. are a big plus. • Experience using analytics platforms like Heap, Hotjar, etc. is a plus.
