📋 Description
• Kiddom is a groundbreaking educational platform that promotes student equity and growth by uniting high-quality instructional materials with dynamic digital learning. • The Instructional Designer will be responsible for editing and designing digital curriculum products within the Kiddom platform as well as editing and designing additional supplemental resources. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that teacher and student-facing content are optimized for our digital platform. • You will report directly to the Head of Curriculum. • We’re looking for someone who has a background in K-12 math teaching, instructional design, project management, and a willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of K-12 math classroom teaching experience, preference on secondary math • Strong empathy for educators • Passion for improving education equitably • 3+ years of instructional design experience - specializing in math and technology integration • Keen attention to detail • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Creative problem solving • Preference for experience with Illustrative Math product offering
