Description

• Lead changes in the Product Design Service • Oversee hands-on implementation within the Product Design team • Create presentations and materials for media • Participate in client proposals and pre-sale activities • Analyze business needs and implement results into design solutions • Conduct workshops • Establish and manage the UX delivery process • Grow into a Lead Product Designer role in the future

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in web/mobile design • Hands-on experience in sales activities • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in solving business and user needs • Proficient in UX, UI, requirements elicitation, user research, information architecture, wireframes creation and prototyping • Capability to translate and convert business KPIs to tactical tasks • Ability to present, explain and advocate design decisions internally and directly with clients • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and analytical skills • Upper-intermediate or higher English speaking and writing skills • Manifestation of KindGeek corporate values: trust, transparency, social responsibility, and sense of beauty • Experience working in key technology domains like FinTech, Education, Healthcare is a plus • Academic background in Service Design, Interaction Design, Design Thinking, UI, UX Design or relevant program is a plus
