📋 Description
• Seeking an experienced Project Development Engineer to drive the technical design and engineering aspects of solar and battery storage projects • Responsible for defining critical project parameters including equipment selection, system layout, and interconnection strategies • Manage relationships with external engineering partners, reviewing and approving project plansets • Lead the preparation and submission of interconnection applications and other program documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Technical expert with a four-year engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience in commercial solar and battery storage project development • Design specialist proficient with solar and battery storage design tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, and Energy Toolbase • CAD professional with hands-on experience creating 30% design documents for solar interconnection • Project manager capable of coordinating complex design projects and managing relationships with external partners • Communication pro with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
