Requirements

• With over 5 years of relevant software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, you bring a passion for solving complex challenges and a track record of building and scaling engineering teams. • You have a proven ability to build products from the ground up and excel as a natural leader, taking ownership of technical projects with confidence. • Your expertise spans full-stack engineering, agile development methodologies, and the ability to assess and communicate trade-offs effectively, ensuring optimal functionality, resource allocation, and speed.
