Description
• Kiva Confections is a cannabis-infused edibles company in California. • The ERP Analyst serves as the bridge between IT and accounting teams. • Ensures integration and optimal functionality of ERP system (Rootstock) with accounting system (Intacct). • Drives process improvements and system efficiencies for better financial reporting and reduced manual accounting processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field OR 4+ years of experience working in one of these areas. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ERP and financial systems projects, with a strong emphasis on implementation. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate complex financial requirements into functional system design. • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new tools, technologies, and processes independently. • Experience managing and reconciling General Ledger Accounts. • Solid understanding of general accounting principles. • Proven ability to translate complex financial requirements into functional system designs. • Strong communication and collaborative skills, with a history of working cross-functionally to design, build, and implement new business procedures and system enhancements. • Experience working in an ERP or financial system, particularly Rootstock and/or Sage Intacct preferred. • Experience working in Salesforce as an Architect, Consultant, and/or Administrator preferred. • Experience working as a business systems analyst preferred.
