• Build territory and customer base by selling web-based platforms that drive efficiencies in customs clearance process and drayage • Gain new business in territory and meet quota goals • Win, retain, and develop small to large Business Customers through sales "hunting" activity • Sell technology solution of "Logistics as a Service" (LaaS) with focus on customs brokerage and drayage revenue growth • Maximize sales growth from existing customers • Develop new sales, product marketing, and customer support strategies • Recommend solutions based on customer needs • Engage in organizing and supporting customer workshops for shared information across subjects • Perform all aspects of the sales process and update all relevant activities utilizing CRM daily
• Minimum of 3-5 years field sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, or Drayage • Experience with logistics processes, systems, and solutions as well as customs brokerage • Solid PC operational knowledge and Microsoft Office experience • Knowledge of international commercial transportation (air and ocean freight) • Bachelor's degree desired
