Description

• Under general supervision, responsible for supporting continuous improvement for all IT change management processes. • Enabling effective organizational change by identifying, analyzing, and facilitating changes in business processes and software application functionality.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability on a wide range of business application functionality and associated workflows. • Strong organizational, analytical and decision making skills. • Experience in oral presentation, public speaking, or teaching. • Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Social Media, blogs and cloud-based applications. • Familiarity with project management strategies and best practices. • Experience in technical writing and creating strategic messaging. • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Business, Communications, Management Information Systems or related field is required. • Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) and/or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is preferred.
