Description

β€’ Under general supervision, responsible for supporting continuous improvement for all IT change management processes. β€’ Enabling effective organizational change by identifying, analyzing, and facilitating changes in business processes and software application functionality.

Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated ability on a wide range of business application functionality and associated workflows. β€’ Strong organizational, analytical and decision making skills. β€’ Experience in oral presentation, public speaking, or teaching. β€’ Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Social Media, blogs and cloud-based applications. β€’ Familiarity with project management strategies and best practices. β€’ Experience in technical writing and creating strategic messaging. β€’ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Business, Communications, Management Information Systems or related field is required. β€’ Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) and/or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is preferred.
