Description

• Responsible for winning new international accounts • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients by understanding their needs • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends • Collaborate with teams to implement strategic plans • Monitor key account metrics to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the agriculture sector, preferably regenerative or sustainable practices • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Environmental Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking with an understanding of global pricing structures and trade regulations • Knowledge of international logistics and supply chain management • Understanding of global food safety standards and labelling laws • Proficient in data analysis and marketing research; experienced with CRM tools • Deep understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and practices • Fluent in English (German is a plus) with cultural awareness and adaptability in communication
