Description

• Responsible for winning new international accounts and expanding relationships with strategic clients • Ensure long-term success and client satisfaction • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities • Collaborate with teams to implement strategic plans • Monitor and report on key account metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the agriculture sector, preferably focusing on regenerative or sustainable practices • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • Strong negotiation skills; strategic thinker with understanding of global pricing structure and trade regulations • Knowledge of international logistics, supply chain management, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions • Understanding of global food safety standards and labeling laws • Proficient in Data Analysis, marketing research, and experience using CRM tools • Deep understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and practices • Fluent in English (German is a plus); cultural awareness and ability to adapt communication styles in different contexts
