• The Customer Success team is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager. • Sr. CSMs are the point of contact for enterprise customer’s best practices. • Ensure customers’ success post-implementation by regular meetings. • Responsible for renewing and upgrading accounts and generating leads. • The Sr. CSM will serve as the customer's trusted advisor and partner.
