Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing user interfaces and experiences for web applications. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Strong technical understanding of web standards, modern front-end frameworks (vue, react etc) and especially css (including experience using frameworks such as tailwind, bootstrap etc) • Solid understanding of usability principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards. • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with user research methodologies and a data-driven approach to design. • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in email marketing or SaaS product design is a plus.
