Description
• In this fun, fast-paced role, you will be supporting our KB4 Courseware publishing team by assisting with quality assurance for new elearning content as well as ongoing translation and maintenance projects. • Audit online eLearning modules and provide feedback to courseware staff • Formulate decisions and provide approvals related to usability in validation process of courses • Review and edit course scripts, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverables • Review graphics deliverables as to quality and adherence to courseware standards • Assist on writing projects as needed • Provide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to enhance all of the departments in courseware • Participate as needed with collaborative projects across publishing teams • Exercise independent discretion on assigned projects
Requirements
• B.A. in Portuguese/English, Linguistics, Instructional Design/Education/Organizational Development or Social Sciences • 1-2 years experience editing and reviewing content • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent internal customer service skills and attention to detail • Experience with web-based project management systems • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
